When you request a free practice audit, subscribe to our email, use our chat, or contact us, we collect the information you give us. That includes your name, practice name, email address, phone number, practice location, and anything you write in a message or chat.

We also collect standard technical information automatically. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at this site.

We use the information you submit to prepare and deliver the audit or resource you requested, to respond to your inquiry, and to follow up with you about our services. We use technical information to understand how the site is used, to improve it, and to measure how our advertising performs.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you are a prospective or current client, your practice information is never shared with other practices.

If you provide a mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, Orthodontic Revolution may text you about your audit request, scheduled calls, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy, including sharing with service providers.

If you subscribe to our email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We do not add anyone to our list who did not ask to be on it.

If you use the chat on this site, which is provided through our PracticeROI platform, we keep the conversation and any contact details you share so we can respond to you. Please do not share personal health information in chat. The chat is not for medical emergencies.

We use third-party services to run this site and our business, including website hosting, content delivery and security, email delivery, chat, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. This does not include text messaging opt-in data or consent, which we never share.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. This site is intended for orthodontic practice owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
